Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at ajaircushion@gmail.com before sending your item back. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

How do I request a refund or exchange?

Contact us at ajaircushion@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us and we will assist you.
